Mt. St. Helens must be one of my favorite places in Washington State, I spend a lot of time there. It’s a place of ancient forests, new growth, it’s a volcano, and it’s also one of the homes of the legendary Bigfoot. I rarely run into anyone else, and at times it’s so quite I could swear the wind is talking to me. From the high hills to the bottom of the lava tubes, I think I’ve explored most of the area. I always find some place new, and love to go back and explore it.
